Some recipes are special not because they are complicated, but because of the memories they create.

These simple 3-ingredient meltaway cookies were made by my children on the very first day of summer break. As a mother of three, I treasure these moments in the kitchen—the laughter, flour-covered hands, and excitement of creating something delicious together.
My oldest son Thomas who is a big meat lover, absolutely loves Crimean Fried Meat Pies, called "Chebureki".

Today, we sharing with you the recipe that couldn't be simpler. With just ghee, powdered sugar, and flour, these cookies bake into delicate, buttery treats that practically melt in your mouth. They remind me that some of the best homemade foods come from the simplest ingredients.
