Slicing through soft, creamy goat cheese can be a messy task.

Sometimes this doesn’t matter, but when your presentation requires a clean cut,
I can show you how to do it with only one tool, that you probably have in your medicine cabinet.
All you need is a piece of dental floss.
Wrap the floss around your fingers, hold it taut, and pull it downward through the cheese. Voila! I do, of course, suggest using unflavored floss unless you like your chèvre with a hint of mint, just kidding.
